Started1 makes shipments to Italy and all over the world only through the GLS express courier service. All goods shipped from Started1 are carefully packed. Together with the goods shipped, Started1 will insert the DDT or invoice, indicating in detail prices and discounts applied, even in the case of sales.
All regularly filled and paid orders will be processed within two working days: all shipments start from Started1, (Italy), only on working days, from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 to 16.00. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be handled by the following Monday.

Started1 offers its customers a shipping service traceable at any time, thanks to the service provided by GLS-Italy. The customer will receive an e-mail confirming the shipment of goods with the code (tracking number) provided by GLS that will allow him to check at any time the progress of his shipment.
Delivery times are conditioned by the destination areas of the products. ITALY (DDP): delivery is indicatively scheduled within two days of shipment. European EU countries (DDP): delivery is approximately expected within three working days from shipment. Non-EU European countries (DDU): delivery is approximately expected within three working days of shipment. Rest of the World: delivery is approximately scheduled up to 5-7 days from delivery with Express Service.
Once the goods have been delivered, it is up to the Customer to inspect the parcel carefully before signing the document of delivery. If the package is tampered with or not integrated, the Customer can sign the document of delivery with reserve or refuse delivery. Any anomalies must be promptly reported to Started1, by sending an e-mail to our customer service. If the Customer refuses to deliver the goods, any shipping costs necessary for the return of the package to Started1 will be deducted from the refund due to the Customer. If for any reason the shipment is not delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of registration, the package will be returned to Started1 at the expense of the same Customer. In this case, Started1 will deduct this amount from any refund due to the Customer.

"Sneakers Delivery" is the new STARTED1 service exclusively on Naples. Complete your order by choosing the 'STARTED1 SNEAKERS DELIVERY' option from the available delivery methods and wait for your confirmation email. Easy, right? Products can be delivered from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Monday to Friday, but orders placed after 6:00 pm will be shipped the following day. If, however, you prefer to receive your order at a different address from your home or workplace, please contact the email address [email protected] to specify where you want to receive your order. Holidays From the moment you receive your order, you will have 7 days to request the return.After you have agreed with our staff on the return of the product, you can book the collection at a cost of € 4.
